    Calm, structured and evidence-based. We move gently, reintroduce foods with confidence, and build a plan you can keep.

  • How long are consults?

    Your first consult runs 60–75 minutes; follow-ups are shorter and focused on your plan and progress.

  • Is this all online?

    Yes — everything runs over video, so you can get support from wherever you are.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes — the 3-month coaching can be split into monthly payments. Just ask when you enquire.

  • Do I need a referral?

    No referral needed. If you'd like to use a care plan, I can work with your GP's referral.
